I joined CASS & AAI on October 7, 2024, and it’s been an incredible journey so far. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. One of the most exciting initiatives has been implementing BambooHR, which is helping us streamline our processes and take meaningful steps toward going paperless. These changes represent a leap forward in efficiency and sustainability for our organization, and I’m thrilled to be a part of this transformation.
