My name is Matthew I am delighted to announce myself as one of the new resource planners for AAI & CASS. This position represents such a fantastic opportunity for myself, one that is entirely new for me, but equally exciting.
As one of the members of the scheduling team, I will always be a phone call away for any questions, concerns, or issues that you may have. I would firstly like to thank both Anne and Stephanie who have worked endlessly with me since I have arrived to the office, for their dedication to the training materials they have provided me, their patience in delivering it, and for being a constant source of support anytime I have a question or concern. I would also like to express my gratitude and appreciation to not only Anne & Stephanie, but the entire team at CASS & AAI: to Jim Catney, Dean Lovric and Jack Catney for not only employing me to this position but creating such a positive and engaging workspace that I look forward to each and every day.
I would also like to thank Antonia Nano, Stewart Kettles and Niko Lovric for contributing so much to this amazing workspace also and welcoming me with open arms into the CASS & AAI family. I am extremely excited to continue learning this role and developing my resource planning skills so that I can contribute as much as I possibly can to the productivity and success of CASS & AAI!
