I recently had the privilege of attending the IATA World Data Symposium in Ireland with our CEO, Dean Lovric—an unforgettable and insightful experience. The event highlighted the growing importance of data infrastructure and cybersecurity, and key areas like predictive maintenance and passenger experience in our industries. A recurring theme was the power of collaboration and the urgent need for transparency, especially in baggage handling, where data visibility remains limited. From the conversations shared to the global strategies presented, I returned with a renewed excitement and motivation for what’s possible when we lead with data and vision. The takeaways are already shaping our internal strategies, including onboarding our new Data Analyst and expanding partnerships to ensure we’re ready for the next wave of innovation.
