New Role and Responsibilities- Human Resources Administration

I started my career with AAI 5 years ago as a Resource Planner. I learned a lot from my support team members and Managers. I built great relationships with Clients and Employees. Resource planning was not just a regular schedule building, making call outs or updating intime, A lot happens behind the scenes. I really enjoyed my time at AAI working as a Resource Planner.

As of Jan 2024, I have been promoted to HR administrative position by Paul Tirkalas. It’s been a pleasure to learn and grow under your leadership. Thank you for recognizing my hard work and believing in me.

My roles and responsibilities:

  • Recruiting
  • Conducting onboarding sessions
  • Building employee profiles in intime
  • Managing employee CLC agreements and payroll packages
  • Keeping track of invoices and payment receipts
  • Handling disciplinary needs
  • Managing employee relations
  • Administering Payroll
  • Support health and safety
  • Conducting Inventory Counts
